(CODE OF PRACTICES)

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) is a nonprofit international association that brings together a wide range of activities across the diamond, jewelry, and platinum supply chain, from mining to retail. RJC members are committed to promoting ethical practices, human rights, and environmental responsibility by adopting good social and environmental practices transparently throughout the supply chain.

The purpose of this commitment is to provide credible assurance both on product quality and on the ethics of the supply chain. RJC has developed a certification system that all members must adhere to, and its compliance must be verified by an accredited certifier. As a member of RJC, BLUCLAD is required to conduct its operations in accordance with RJC requirements and to demand that these requirements are met by all companies in the supply chain.

Organizational Model according to Legislative Decree 231/2001

Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001 introduced in Italy a sanctioning system that establishes the liability of entities, including capital companies, for offenses committed in their interest or for their benefit by individuals in top positions or by individuals under the direction of others. In compliance with the aforementioned Decree, BLUCLAD S.p.A. has adopted its own Model of Organization, Management, and Control (Model) inclusive of an Ethical Code and has established the related Surveillance Body.
